This website is run by Honeytrap. When you see "we," "us," or "our" on this page, that's us. Honeytrap offers this site — along with all the information, tools, and services on it — to you, on the condition that you accept the terms below.

By browsing our site or buying from us, you're using our "Service" and agreeing to these Terms. They apply to everyone — window shoppers, paying customers, the lot. Please give them a proper read before you stick around. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, we'd ask that you not use the site.

Any new features or tools we add later are covered by these Terms too. We may update this page from time to time — the latest version always lives right here.

Our store runs on Shopify, which powers the e-commerce side of things behind the scenes.

1. The basics

By agreeing to these Terms, you're confirming you're at least the legal age of majority where you live. You also agree not to use our products for anything unlawful, and not to break any laws in your part of the world while you're at it. Breaking these terms means we can end your access to the Service immediately.

2. General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. You understand that your content (other than payment info) may travel unencrypted over networks as part of how the internet works. You also agree not to copy, reproduce, sell, or otherwise lift any part of the Service without our written go-ahead.

3. Accuracy of information

We try our best to keep everything on the site accurate, but we can't promise every detail is always perfect, complete, or up to the minute. If you're making a real decision based on something here, please double-check with another source too.

4. Changes to the Service and prices

Prices can change without notice. We may also tweak, pause, or pull any part of the Service whenever we need to — again, without prior warning. We'll always try to be reasonable about it.

5. Products

Some covers are online-only and made in small batches, so they may sell out fast. Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy.

We've done our best to show our velvet, embroidery, and colours as honestly as possible — but every screen renders things a little differently, so the cushion in your hands may have its own subtle personality. (We think that's part of the charm.) We also reserve the right to limit sales of any product to specific people, regions, or jurisdictions if we need to.

6. Billing & account info

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In return, we ask that you give us accurate, complete, and current details when you place an order — right name, right address, right phone number, the works. It saves everyone a headache. 7. Optional tools

We may give you access to third-party tools that we don't control or monitor. If you use them, you're using them at your own risk — we'd recommend reading their terms first.

8. Third-party links

Some links on our site lead to other websites we don't run. We're not responsible for what's on them or how they handle your info, so please give their terms a once-over before clicking through.

9. Comments & feedback

If you send us comments, suggestions, or ideas — about a product, the site, anything — you're agreeing that we can use them freely, without owing you payment or keeping them confidential. You also agree that whatever you send won't break any laws or step on anyone else's rights.

10. Personal information

Anything you submit through the store is handled the way we describe in our Privacy Policy. Worth a read.

11. Errors & corrections

Sometimes we'll need to fix something on the site — a typo, a wrong price, a stale shipping estimate, an availability glitch. We may correct these things without notice, including after you've placed an order if it comes to that.

12. What you can't do here

You agree not to use the site or its contents to break the law, encourage anyone else to break the law, infringe on anyone's intellectual property, harass or discriminate against anyone, upload anything malicious, scrape personal information without consent, send spam or phishing attempts, or mess with the site's security in any way. Any of that ends your access. Fast.

13. Warranties & liability

We can't promise the site will always be uninterrupted, perfectly secure, or free of every glitch — that's just the honest truth of running anything on the internet. The Service and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties beyond what we've spelled out elsewhere. Honeytrap and its team aren't liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages tied to your use of the site or our products, to the extent the law allows.

14. Indemnification

You agree to hold Honeytrap and its team harmless from any claim or demand that comes up because you broke these Terms, broke the law, or stepped on someone else's rights.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands as if that part wasn't there.

16. Ending things

Either of us can end this agreement at any time. If we think you've broken these Terms, we can suspend or end your access without notice.

17. The whole agreement

These Terms — together with any other policies posted on the site — are the full agreement between you and Honeytrap, and they replace any earlier conversations or understandings.

18. Governing law

These Terms, and anything we offer through the Service, are governed by the laws of India.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting changes here. By continuing to use the site after we update them, you're agreeing to the new version.
