What we collect Only what we actually need to get a velvet cushion safely to your door. Nothing extra, nothing creepy.

Stuff you give us directly: Your name, billing and shipping address, email, and phone number — so we can take your order, ship it, and keep you posted. Payment confirmation comes through our secure payment partners (we never see your card details). And anything you write to us in a message or inquiry.

Stuff we pick up automatically: Basic usage info like device type, browser, IP address, and how you move around the site — so we can fix what's broken and make what's good even better. Plus cookies (the digital kind, sadly) to remember your preferences.

Stuff from our partners: Shopify handles our storefront and transactions. Payment processors verify your payments. That's the chain.

What we do with it We use your info to take your order and actually deliver it, help you when you need us, send order and shipping updates, make the site feel a little more yours over time, and very occasionally send a love letter about new drops — only if you opted in, and you can opt out any time with one click.

We do not sell your data. Not now, not ever. Full stop.

Who we share it with Only the people who help us actually run the shop — payment processors, shipping partners, customer service tools, Shopify, and marketing platforms that help us send you better emails (not sell you out). We don't share your info with strangers, and we don't sell it to advertisers. Promise.

Keeping it safe Your trust matters more than any sale. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your info, but no system on the internet is bulletproof — so please look after your account credentials, and tell us right away if something feels off.

How long we hang on to it Only as long as we need to — to fulfil your orders, support you, and meet legal stuff. Want it deleted? Just ask.

Tiny humans Honeytrap is for grown-ups (18+). We don't knowingly collect info from kids.

Where we ship Right now, we only ship within India. If you're browsing from elsewhere, your info is stored and processed in India under Indian law.
