The honest, no-fine-print version.

1. Getting your order ready

Prepaid orders: Once your payment lands, your cushion enters the prep phase — usually 1–3 business days. We pack it slow, check every stitch, and make sure it's road-ready before it leaves us.

COD orders: Picked Cash on Delivery? We'll confirm your order details first, then start prepping — also 1–3 business days.

A heads-up: orders placed on weekends or holidays get going on the next business day. During big sales or holiday rushes, things might move a touch slower — we'll always tell you if they do.

2. Shipping options & delivery times

Standard delivery: Reliable, easy on the wallet, and usually at your door 5–7 business days after dispatch. Weather and the occasional postal mood swing can stretch this a bit.

Express delivery: In a hurry? Express gets your cushion to you in 2–3 business days after dispatch. We'll prioritise it, though external delays can still happen now and then.

Quick note: These timelines start after dispatch, not from when you place the order. Your tracking link will always have the freshest updates.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping fees depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order, and they'll be shown clearly at checkout — no surprises at the last step. We also offer free standard shipping once your order crosses a minimum threshold (you'll see it at checkout).

4. International shipping

Right now, we only ship within India. The rest of the world is on our wishlist.

5. Tracking your package

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp, so you can watch your cushion make its way home.

If your tracking goes quiet or something feels stuck, just write to us at hello@honeytrap.co.in — we'll chase it down.

6. Failed deliveries

If a package boomerangs back to us — wrong address, no one home, refused at the door — we'll reach out and figure it out together. Re-shipping charges may apply in some cases.

Every cushion is hand-checked and wrapped with care before it leaves the hive. We pack things properly the first time — because nobody wants a velvet cushion arriving sad.
