The basics
You've got 14 days from the day your cushion lands to request a return. To be eligible, the cover needs to come back in the same shape it arrived — unused, unwashed, tags still on, in its original packaging. We'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To kick things off, just write to us at hello@honeytrap.co.in. If your return gets the green light, we'll send you a return shipping label and tell you exactly where and how to send it back.
Quick heads-up: Anything sent back without checking with us first can't be accepted. Always ping us first — we're nice about it, promise.
Damaged, defective, or just wrong?
Open your parcel the moment it arrives and have a proper look. If something's defective, damaged in transit, or we sent you the wrong thing entirely — write to us straight away and we'll make it right. That's a Honeytrap promise, not a guideline.
A few things we can't take back: Flash sale covers and free gifts are final — they fly out the door at prices that don't leave room for return runs.
Exchanges
The fastest route to the cushion you actually wanted: return the one you have, and once it's approved, place a fresh order for the new one. Cleaner, quicker, fewer crossed wires.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we'll inspect it and let you know if it's approved. If it is, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card companies sometimes take their sweet time on top of that, so give it a beat.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and there's still nothing in your account, write to us at hello@honeytrap.co.in and we'll chase it down personally.
